Can I park at the clinic?
There are a six parking spaces at the clinic which if available you are welcome to use. There is a large car park 200m walk from the clinic.
I am disabled will there be any difficulties accessing you clinic?
Our clinic is on the ground floor and fully equipped to deal with most disabilities. Please let us know at time of booking if you have any specific needs so we can make sure they can be accommodated.
Are you registered with the Healthcare Commission?
Yes, we successfully passed our inspection in July 2007. Registration recognises that the quality of our staff, services and management are appropriate. For further information about the HCC please see their website.
Can anyone be treated?
We are currently only able to treat persons over the age 18 years. Laser treatment cannot be given to pregnant women, people with certain medical conditions, and people with certain skin types. Beauty and holistic treatments are generally suitable for everyone. Prior to medical treatments you will receive a free consultation to assess whether your condition is suitable to be treated by surgery or laser.
Are all your therapists appropriately trained?
Yes, We currently have four part-time therapists who between them are qualified to provide all the services we offer. Not all the therapists are qualified to provide every service personally. They are all members of BABTEC, the organisation that regulates beauty and holistic therapists.
Are all your doctors and nurses trained?
Yes, all the GPs are UK trained and registered with the GMC. They are all trained to provide the medical services we offer, and attend regular educational courses to ensure their knowledge and practice is the most up to date.
How do I pay for my treatment?
We ask clients to pay for their treatment at the end of each procedure/therapy. We accept credit cards and cash but are sorry we cannot accept cheques. We offer discounts if all treatments in a course are paid for in advance. We also offer packages of treatments, please ask about these as they change from time to time. We can now offer interest free and interest bearing facilities, to help you spread the cost and make that course of treatment you always wanted , within easy reach..
Do you have any special offers?
Each month we have an ‘offer of the month' which is advertised on this website. We also offer 10% off product sales if purchased at the time of your treatment.

I am unsure what treatment I need?
Feel free to drop in or phone to request further details of all our treatments. We offer free no obligation consultations where you will be given a range ouf treatment options which will always include the option of ‘no treatment'. Our therapists are trained to ‘map' your face to determine the most appropriate product for your skins needs.
I don't want anyone to know I've received treatment.
Most of our clients are overjoyed at their results and want everyone to know what they've had done and where but don't worry if you are not one of these people. Many clients don't wish partners/friends to know their secret! All our clients are treated discreetly and all information is kept confidential. If you do not wish us to write to you at home or take information out of the clinic just let us know.
What if I am not happy about the treatment I have received?
Please arrange to talk to our manager who will do her best to resolve the problem. A copy of our complaints procedure is available in reception.
